IES Opens New Program in Cuba

In a welcome move, President Barack Obama’s administration has recently relaxed travel restrictions to Cuba for religious groups and students. In response to these new regulations, the IES Abroad Board of Directors has approved the opening of a center in Havana, Cuba. This exciting new location will be available to the students from IES’s 185 member schools and give them the opportunity to visit and learn about a new place that was previously inaccessible.
